What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address to authenticate you and send maintenance reminders. We also store the data you enter: property details, task names, due dates, contractor names and contact information, notes, and cost entries. We do not collect your name unless you provide it in a task note or contractor record.

How we use your data

  • To authenticate your account and keep your session active.
  • To send maintenance reminder emails 7 days before tasks are due, and again when tasks go overdue. You can disable reminders in your account settings.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (welcome email, billing receipts).
  • To process subscription payments through Stripe.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How we store your data

Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted on AWS infrastructure. Supabase uses Row Level Security (RLS) — your data is only accessible to your account. We do not have access to your data unless you explicitly share it with us in a support request.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are not stored — authentication uses magic links sent to your email address.

Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that identify you individually. We do not use Google Analytics.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel a Pro subscription, your account reverts to the free plan — your data is not deleted.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of receiving your request.
